Vegan Sweet Potato Donuts
​
-1 cup of Angela's Cakes mix
-2/3 cup of oat or almond milk
-2 tbs melted vegan butter
-1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
​
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl, add in 1 cup of pancake mix, mix in almond milk and melted butter until smooth and combined
3. Add in mashed sweet potato and mix well until fully incorporated
4. Spray donut pan of choice
( I used silicone) and scoop in mixture
filling up completely
5. Bake in oven for 15 mins, then let cool for 5 and pop out molds

Coconut Icing
​
-1 cup vegan powdered confectioner sugar
-1/2-1 cup of coconut oil
​
1. In a bowl, add in powder sugar
2. Gradually add in coconut oil until smooth and a thick icing like consistency
​
